THE MONEY

What is it that makes the World go round? Is it love or money? Or maybe the love of money?
Actually, for this small commentary I’d like to mainly about what money can accomplish, in the physical and fleshly world we now occupy.
There is one thing which we can hardly help from seeing as being obvious, concerning people with money. They use it. They spend it, at least for what ever they need to in order to get what ever they want. If they were not willing to spend the money, neither would they be able to own nice things or to travel the world around in any kind of luxury.
Living in this world we are all in a position to realize the importance of money. If you think money is of no importance, then you will be surprised next time you go to buy groceries (let’s remember that credit cards are really just another form of money).
Without money we cannot buy food or any of the other necessities which we deem necessary to sustain an adequate lifestyle.

I do not believe you would ever see a rich man doing anything or going hardly anywhere without taking his money with him, in one form or another.
Just imagine a man with a billion dollars. He undoubtedly would want to travel, have many nice things, and more than likely a very nice home, or maybe even two or three.
There is one thing for sure. When this rich man decides to go anywhere or do anything he would be sure to take his money. His money is his ticket, so to speak, to make it possible for him to buy the things he wants, and to travel to wherever he wants.

So what is the point of people having money and using it?
Just as this is the case in the physical world, so likewise in the spiritual realm we also need to be able to pay the price which is necessary in order to have a victorious life. Just as the rich man has a victorious life in the physical realm, so likewise the Christian is to have a victorious life in the spiritual realm. The rich man uses money, Christians are to use the Blood of Christ, which was shed to purchase for us a total and constant victory. Also, just as a rich man who refuses to use his money will soon find himself in short supply of worldly blessings, so likewise the Christian who refuses (or maybe just doesn’t know to do it) to trust  exclusively, and on a continual basis, in the Blood and Body of Christ, will also find himself in short supply of spiritual blessings.
In the physical world, when ever the billionaire sees a problem, he will use his money to what ever capacity necessary in order to resolve his problem.
In the spiritual real, when ever the Believer finds himself facing any kind of problem: he will find the answer is always in Christ Jesus, and only in Christ Jesus.
Unfortunately many times Believers who face problems in life, whether it be a problem with some kind of sin, a health problem, a lack of love for their neighbor, or just a lack of victory in their life, try everything they can think of to dissolve the problem except; simply thanking Christ for shedding His Blood for them and thanking him on a continual basis.

Remember, the rich man could go out and try to get the things he wants without the use of his money. In other words he could attempt to steal these things. However, it is a little hard to really steal all the things which a rich man might want to buy. But, without using his money; thievery is about the only way to obtain all the goods he desires (and how foolish this would be considering the fact that he is rich).

The Believer may also try to steal the things he wants in the spiritual realm. Remember, the devil has come but for to steal, to kill and to destroy. If he can convince any Christian that they can obtain redemption, sanctification, justification, righteousness, good health, wealth, total victory over sin, or any other spiritual blessing which we could name, by some other method other than through the Blood and Body of Christ: he in effect will be causing that Christian to be trying to steal these blessings, simply because they can only be paid for by what Christ did for us on the Cross. (the question may be in some folks minds: How can a Christian, who trusted in Christ for Salvation, trust in something else in order to obtain what he already posses in Christ? Exactly!! But unfortunately many do let their faith slide over into things other than just Jesus. The things which the devil will attempt to persuade us to trust in is almost limitless.
For instance: our talents, our physical prowess, good looks, money, ability, works (which will always follow faith, but are not meant to deliver us from anything), psychology, or any type of Law.
There is Power in the Blood like no other power. It is because of the Blood and Body of Christ that the Holy Spirit works in our life. The more we trust in Christ and what he has accomplished on the Cross, the more the Holy Spirit will work within us. The more the Holy Spirit works within us, the more we will see our prayers answered, victory over sin, and any other problem resolved.
